Most events range from $420-$545 depending on day and time with security deposit refundable. Everything is clearly outlined below so you can plan with confidence.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Monday - Thursday: 4 Hours: $270.00 +$150 Security Deposit
Friday 4 Hours: $370.00 + $150.00 Security Deposit
Saturday - Sunday: 4 Hours: $395.00 + $150.00 Security Deposit
3 Day Rental Rate:
Monday - Thursday: $995
(plus $595 Security Deposit)
Premium days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
If your 3 Day Rental includes a premium day, there is an additional charge of $150 per day.
Additional hours:
$50/hour if booked at the time of the contract
$100/hour if added at a later date, if still available.
8 hour and full day rates also available

Protecting Your Event is Easy
Event Insurance with Insurance Certificate providing liability coverage (bodily injury and property damage) in the amount of $1,000,000 each.
Insurance Certificates must include both the Renter and Alyssa’s LLC as an additional insured party on the policy for the event held on the property.
Certificates must be received within 7 days of the event.

If you are interested in reserving Gather at Alyssa’s for your next event, please first refer to the calendar to see if we are available for your date.
If your date shows “Reserved”, hover over the date and you will see the times it is reserved for. We may be able to accommodate multiple events on the same date, depending on the time you request to reserve Gather at Alyssa’s.
*If your date is booked at Gather, we do have a limited availability option at Alyssa’s South designed for quaint events.
